Such a lovely dental surgery. Receptionist's are always friendly and welcoming from the minute you walk in, creating a calm and happy atmosphere, and are always helpful and accommodating.The practice is clean clinical and professional looking with comfortable seating waiting area.Always run to time.The dentist's and team that I have been seen by are professional friendly and have a calming attitude towards those of us who have a fear or are nervous about their visit. Explain everything they are going to do and make sure your happy with the procedure before they start putting you at ease straight away. Follow up again with what has been done and inform you of any after care. I would certainly highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I joined premier dental after a good few years of not going to a dentist. Although I couldn’t get an NHS place, the reviews persuaded me to go private with them and I am so glad I did! They are not just interested in your money which is what I was originally nervous about going private. I couldn’t afford to get everything done in one go which they were so understanding about, and booked me in monthly so I could pay/get treatment gradually! Jag is the friendliest dentist I have ever had and always so reassuring! The girls at the desk are also very welcoming! The whole experience from the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave is very friendly, reassuring and welcoming! I wont be leaving this dentist any time soon!

Extremely clean and police staff. The dentist man I had was incredible. I am scared of the dentist. My tooth in my eyes needed removing he said he could’ve saved it I was adamant to get it out. I had an abscess underneath and an infection spreading, he numbed my tooth and started, I was in historical, he kept calm, spoke me through stopped to give me breathers , reassured me he would remove the tooth before I leave. He did that. So calm and patient. Reassuring. Sat me there whilst I was panicking , he even phoned me up a fair few hours later to see how I was and how my mouth was feeling. Forever grateful for an understanding outstanding dentist.

It was my first time ever having a tooth extracted, and it was my upper right wisdom tooth. I didn’t feel any pain at all during or after the procedure only a slight itch at the extraction site that disappeared by the fourth day. I highly recommend Premier Dental Clinic, especially Dr. Owais Ali. He was very professional, gentle, and made the whole experience completely painless.

I have been a patient of Premier for about 4 months after previously not visiting the dentist for a few years due to the anxiety that the visit brings. I had some major issues with one of my teeth which resulted in a root canal. My dentist is Dana and she is the most amazing human! She puts me at ease, explains everything that is going to happen and allows me to listen to headphones whilst having treatment. During one visit I had a full blow panic attack and Dana and her assistant were just fantastic at calming me down, making me feel relaxed and I managed to spend the next hour in the chair. I can't recommend Dana enough to anyone, especially those with anxiety about the dentist. She's my tooth fairy!

Dentist Romy, she was very kind and professional, recommended(have advice) me some few things to do…I like I didn’t feel any pressure from dentist regarding recommendations, she just left that part to me, to make decision what I want to do!Regarding my hygienist…very lovely young lady (unfortunately I don’t remember her name), but she was good. First time ever I had done hygiene so painless(no full mouth with blood). I have a phobia of not being able to breathe and find any dental treatment really difficult. I can only recommend Dr Ali to the highest degree. I went to him at my lowest low and he met me with no judgement. He was friendly gentle and concise with the treatment I needed and the cost involved. I came out of his surgery feeling confident and safe. Genuinely - if you’re in a bad place and scared please learn from my experience. I waited in years of misery to have my problems solved in one appointment. Dr Awais Ali saw me today at the emergency Maidstone Dental and implant centre and I couldn’t have met a nicer dentist and all his lovely assistants too. I had a cracked tooth, under a filling and the pain was excruciating. My husband rang the centre up and they got me in that afternoon. This service is so needed when you fall ill at a weekend, I couldn’t cope with the pain. Dr Ali took time to find the problem and with reassurance and humour he put me at ease. I’m very nervous at the dentist but I didn’t feel anything apart from pressure. Dr Ali also rang me this evening along with other patients he had seen today to check I was ok, pain free and didn’t need a follow up. I couldn’t recommend this service or dentist enough.

I’ve been coming here privately for a while now and it’s the best service I’ve ever had and I’m a nervous person when it comes to dentists. I unfortunately had a really bad experience with an NHS dentist before hand where I had constant infections and the wait was too long for treatment that I ended up with a tooth that couldn’t be saved and therefore an extraction had to be done. They also had done not so great fillings where on one she didn’t clean the tooth before putting the filling in causing the infection. I didn’t feel cared about and had lost trust for them so looked around on google for a dentist where I could be seen quickly and have the problem sorted. I liked the sound and reviews of Premier Dental and that’s where Dr Awais Ali restored my trust in dentists. He has saved a tooth from a root canal where the old filling was taken out, inside was cleaned and at first had a temporary filling put on just to see how it goes as it was quite close to the nerve. Came back later to have the actual filling as things went well and have done ever since with no more infections or problems. Also done fillings for a few of my other teeth professionally making them look like they don’t even have a filling! Very understanding and listens to me. Let’s me have the seat not all the way down, music is played to help a calm, comfortable environment. I have the odd x ray now and again just to keep an eye on things. I feel cared about here and everyone in this practice is so nice and welcoming. For a dentist, it’s just a really nice atmosphere. You get support and advice along with a casual conversation which is nice. If you’re a nervous person or has had bad experiences I would recommend coming here!

Dr. Safa and her team are indeed true professionals. My phobia lies in needles, especially in my gum but this was seamlessly done by her- before extraction. She explained all the process and laid out my options for ridding myself of the troubling pain.At the end of the surgery they gave me guidelines to following an extraction; which I followed earnestly.I received a subsequent "care call" three days after asking me how I was and if I needed any help please come back.I would gladly recommend this dental surgery to any new patient because I will be visiting again- hopefully only for a check up 🫣

Excellent service. I had an emergency appointment just a month before my wedding , I had small veneer which fell off with my natural tooth which also got infected, missing front teeth can be quite devastating but the support Romy and Monika ( dentist and the nurse) have left me crying out of the amount of gratitude I have for those ladies.My teeth were sorted writhing really short time and the day I was picking up my smile was one of the best days I’ve had this year so far. I saw Dr Ali as I wasn't happy with the appearance of my teeth. He is a kind, compassionate and very friendly dentist! He recommended teeth whitening which made a massive difference! I then coincidentally chipped my bottom teeth playing football and he did some composite bonding to fill these in. His work is excellent and you can't even tell I had anything done! I am much happier with my smile now and would definitely recommend Dr Ali!

I am a very nervous dental patient, I had an emergency with a broken tooth. I saw Romy who put me at ease and managed to save the remaining tooth. I had a crown fitted, the who process took 3 appointments and the new crown fitted like a glove. I hardly write reviews but I have not been to the dentist in YEARS! I’m quite new to the area so I had to do a lot of calling up and quoting prices. This place was the most affordable out of all of them. I was so nervous before my appointments but everyone was so nice, from the receptionist to the dentist and hygienist! Which shouldnt be a lot to ask for but some other places I called, they didnt have a receptionist who sounded as welcoming as the lady here did. They all made me feel so comfortable and advised me on the best way for me to look after my teeth. I am hoping for cosmetics far into the future, but it was so reassuring to hear the dentist care more about the health of my teeth than selling cosmetics to me.

After seeing several private and so-called NHS dentists who all wanted to refer me or charge exorbitant fees, I finally found an honest NHS dental practice. Previous dentists were quoting me £750 for an extraction, plus £125 for a consultation, claiming it was a difficult extraction with roots so deep it would affect my sinuses.At this new practice, the dentist told me the truth and extracted the tooth for just £73. I felt no pain and felt safe and cared for from the moment the assistant greeted me and the dentist gave a lovely introduction. They explained everything clearly, showed me the x-rays, and planned a further course of treatment. I highly recommend this practice. Though I waited over eight months to get on their list, it was definitely worth the wait.

After a chipped tooth incident I called Premier Dental and was booked in for an appointment the very next day when all other dentists had no appointments for a week. I was seen by Dr Romy, who was lovely. I had an awful tooth ache which turned out to be a dead nerve and the tooth was removed. Dr Romy has a very friendly and professional approach and she simply gets things done quickly and effectively, which I like. She was so kind to me and helped me when I felt vulnerable and was in severe pain. She treated me, removed the tooth and showed real compassion and care.I came back to her a few months later and she gave me two tooth fillings and a little while after that, I got a professional teeth cleaning and tooth whitening treatment. I am so happy with the results! I have healthy gums and teeth, that look better than before! I am so happy I come here for dental treatment because I always feel welcomed and well taken care off. The reception team are also amazing; very professional, kind, and they answered all of my question's quickly. I recommend this dentist surgery to everyone, you will not be disappointed!

I had a few broken teeth and was trying to get in to see a dentist. I went to see Romy who was very friendly and put me at ease as I am a very anxious person when going to the dentist. Romy was very honest and explained what treatment I needed and helped me to understand my treatment plan. I had a very tricky extraction but Romy talked to me the whole time to help keep me calm, so she could extract the tooth. I am very satisfied with the service and I will return for my six month check up.

Well where do I start? The best dental practice I’ve ever set foot in. Such a welcoming environment. I was met by the lovely young lady Hannah on reception and well it was only up from there. I had the pleasurable experience of having Dr. Ali working his magic on my teeth and boy did he deliver. The best way I can describe his expertise is pretty much the equivalent of a Michelin star service of the culinary world. I felt safe in his hands. Can’t rate the practice and the two wonderful souls mentioned above anymore more highly!! Thanks! And this may sound odd but for the first time in my life I’m actually looking forward to the next appointment! 6 months and counting. Eeek.

As an extremely nervous patient, I dread dentist appointments, even for a check up. However, my appointment was remarkable. I was seen on time, by my regular dentist, Raja Awais Ali, who was calm, friendly and professional. He worked smoothly and efficiently, without rushing, but understanding my limited ability to cope for longer than absolutely necessary. He managed to prepare the tooth in the same appointment, which avoided the need for me to come back for a further visit to prepare the crown. The temporary cover was applied quickly and evenly, and I was given advice regarding the interim period while the crown was being prepared. I can only say how impressed I was ( as always) with the care and treatment I received.

Wonderful dental practice! I had a very bad tooth pain and phoned them up. They booked me in on the day. I was seen by Dr Remy and Gill, who did a fantastic job of taking care of me. They removed my tooth and within thirty minutes I was ready to go home. Very friendly and professional. I will definitely be going back!

I highly recommend Doctor Romy and her nurse at Premier Dental. I have had a life long fear of visiting the dentist but found myself in such extreme pain that i couldn't put it off any longer. I saw a Dentist who told me I'd needed to have the painful tooth removed, which left me feeling very paniced about my situation. I saw Dr Romy for a second opinion and was impressed by how reassuring she was, putting me instantly at ease. I explained my fear of dentists and injections and she really took that on board, and honestly i could barely feel the injection she gave me. She was able to get me out of pain very quickly. I appreciate the professional attitude she had, the thoroughness of my treatment and how clearly she explained my treatment options to me. Dr Romy even phoned me the next day to check up on my tooth, I haven't ever had a Dentist bother to do that before.

I came to my hygienist and dental check up recently, all good with no problems with my teeth but there were such widely differing experiences with the practitioners.The dentist (Romy) and the two dental nurses were lovely as always but the hygienist was a bit rough and I wondered how much further he though my mouth would stretch. Even the polishing hurt and I was left with a mouthful of gritty polish even after I had rinsed several times, the dental nurse helped me clean off all the bits that were stuck on my face. When the hygienist had finished my treatment he just turned his back and got on with what was on his laptop. He was thorough though taking 25 minutes and led me to wonder how the normal hygienist could do a treatment in 10 minutes but still charge £60.00. and wondered if this was because I am an NHS patient. I felt the hygienist was rather abrupt with the dental nurse as well, and I really felt for her. The dentist and receptionist both asked of my experiences with my hygienist appointment and I gave my opinions verbally. I did make clear that the dentist and nurses were great.I have always found Premier Dental to be professional and courteous but on this occasion I was pleased for my appointment to be over. However I have now been booked with a different hygienist and will look forward to the visit without trepidation.

Amazing dentist. Our daughter broke her composite front tooth the night before we were due to go on holiday, impeccable timing.....We rang the 24 hour helpline and managed to book an appointment for 8.30am the next morning.The dentist repaired her tooth and done an amazing job, all the staff were really friendly and kind. The dentist also adapted her retainers, as she has recently had her braces removed.By 9.30 we were on our way to the airport with a happy smiley teenager. So grateful for the service they offer and would recommend them to anyone.
